SHLDB services are charged on a night rate with the inclusion of the first day. Additional hours outside this time are chargeable.  Charges for your own individual dog will have been discussed and explained to you at your ‘meet and greet’ session and confirmed by email.  Bank holidays, Christmas week, New Year, Easter and Single nights incur a higher charging rate.

Disabled or veteran dogs  – please discuss individual requirements – this may reduce the fee if less exercise and activity is required.


A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost is payable upon booking to secure your dates. The remaining balance is due when you bring your dog for there holiday.


Full Terms of business will be discussed and signed following the ‘trial visit’.

We only undertake to board house-trained, non-aggressive, well behaved dogs. Dog food and all other essentials are provided by the owners.

All dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations, worming and flea treatments & Vets details will be required.

We are insured, however we strongly advise that your ‘Best Friend’ comes with his or her own pet insurance. There are many different levels of cover but public liability will cover the cost of your pet injuring or causing death to a third party.

Due to the nature of our business we can only cater for well behaved dogs. We are unable to accept aggressive animals and there is a specific clause in our ‘Terms of Business’ to reflect this.
